Shannon Kathrein is an attorney in the Banking and Finance Department. Prior to joining Fortra Law, Mr. Kathrein worked on commercial and residential real estate matters representing Buyers, Sellers, and institutional lenders. Most recently, he was an in-house attorney for one of the nation’s largest SBA lenders. Mr. Kathrein received his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Miami University.
