Kiera Hornby joined Fortra Law as a Legal Assistant for the Corporate & Securities Team in November 2022. Kiera works closely with the attorneys to assist with entity formation and various administrative tasks. She also handles licensing and compliance for various states, including CA, MN, OR, AZ, ID, NV, VT, UT, NC, DE, and AK.
