Madelaine Prescott is a Transactional Attorney on the Banking and Finance team at Fortra Law.  She works with private lenders, striving to provide the highest level of client service.  Her main responsibilities include preparing and reviewing documents for various transactions, as well as providing compliance advice.  Laine received her Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law in May 2020.  She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Miami University.
